Our mission is to bring Gods love into people lives.

Our journey began in March of 2021, as a home branch fellowship ordained by our
sending congregation, The Orchard Christian Fellowship, located in Monessen, Pa. As a church branch
fellowship, we met weekly to worship our Lord, study His Word, practice faith in praying for the sick, and
fellowshipping around the communion meal. Our body now incorporates members from four local
congregations that profess Jesus Christ is Lord, that the Holy Spirit has been given to us for comfort,
counsel and empowerment through His supernatural giftings, and that it is imperative for the church to
gather regularly for encouragement, fellowship and accountability.

Over these past years the vision of the River House Ministry began to evolve from being a small home-
based fellowship to embracing a calling to become a Christian Retreat and Prayer Center. Our retreat
house facility has been forming and is now prepared to receive small groups for day or overnight
retreats. We have facilities for individuals as well as couples to stay comfortably.

River House Ministry is a recognized non-profit ministry.
